Privacy
We keep this short on purpose. ToolHall Technology LLC ("ToolHall", "we") respects your privacy. If you only read one line: we don't sell your data, and we collect only what we need to reply to you and run the site.
What we collect
Two things, at most:
- Contact form submissions. When you send us a message, we collect the name, email, topic, and message you provide.
- Basic server logs. When your browser loads a page, our host records standard HTTP metadata — IP address, user agent, timestamp, and the URL requested — for security and reliability. Logs are rotated routinely.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, cross-site identifiers, or behavioral profiling on this website.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your message.
- To protect the site from abuse (spam, scraping, attacks).
- To understand general usage patterns (aggregated, not individual).
Who we share it with
Nobody, except in three narrow cases: (1) the infrastructure providers who host this site and process your message on our behalf, (2) when required by law or valid legal process, and (3) to investigate fraud, abuse, or a threat to someone's safety.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are retained only as long as needed to reply and to keep a reasonable record of correspondence. Server logs are kept for a short window measured in weeks, not years, then discarded.
Your rights
You can ask us what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email paul@toolhall.com and we'll handle it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly functional (for example, remembering that you've already dismissed a notice).
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date below. Material changes will be called out clearly at the top of this page.
